Acceptable Use Policy

This policy is part of our Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses www.AgentAutoHire.com. Breaching it can lead to content removal, rate limiting, suspension or permanent termination without refund.

1. Honest applications

• Do not submit false or exaggerated employment history, education, certifications or work authorisation.
• Do not apply on behalf of another person without their written authorisation.
• Do not impersonate any individual, employer or organisation.

2. Respect for employers and job boards

• Do not use the service to harass, spam or repeatedly contact employers or recruiters.
• Do not bypass a job board's or employer's own terms where they prohibit automated submission.
• Do not mass-apply indiscriminately to roles you have no intention of pursuing.

3. Platform integrity

• No scraping, crawling or bulk extraction of our content outside what robots.txt permits.
• No reverse engineering, decompiling or probing our infrastructure, and no penetration testing without written permission.
• No circumventing plan limits through multiple accounts, shared credentials, scripted requests or API abuse.
• No reselling, sublicensing or white-labelling output as a competing automated service.

4. Content rules

• No malware, exploits or malicious files in uploads.
• No unlawful, defamatory, hateful or sexually explicit content.
• No uploading of third-party personal data you have no right to share.
• No content that infringes copyright or other intellectual property — see our DMCA Policy.

5. Prompt and AI misuse

Do not attempt to make the AI produce fraudulent credentials, discriminatory screening criteria, or content that violates this policy, and do not use prompt injection to access data belonging to other users. See the AI Disclaimer.

6. Fair use of automation

Auto Apply and AI credits are sold per plan and are for individual job seekers. Usage that degrades service for others — automated bursts, headless scripting of the dashboard, or agency-scale volume on a personal plan — may be throttled or suspended.

7. Reporting and enforcement

Report abuse to cyberprosoftware@gmail.com. We investigate reports, and where we act we will tell the affected account holder unless doing so is unlawful or would hinder an investigation.
