Terms of Service

These terms form an agreement between you and Agent Auto Hire covering your use of www.AgentAutoHire.com. By creating an account you accept them.

1. Accounts

You must provide an accurate email address, be at least 16 years old, and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts used for abuse, fraud or automated scraping.

2. Plans and billing

• Free ($0) — one AI resume improvement after signup.
• Basic ($9/mo) — AI resume builder, storage, ATS optimization, job matching and a limited number of AI applications per month.
• Pro ($29/mo) — everything in Basic plus unlimited resume improvements, cover letters, more automated applications, interview prep, advanced analytics and priority processing.
• Advanced ($49/mo) — everything in Pro plus the highest Auto Apply limits, premium optimization, advanced insights, priority support and early feature access.

Subscriptions renew monthly through Stripe until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; access continues per your plan settings and no further charges are taken. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable. Prices are in USD and exclude taxes where applicable.

3. Usage limits

Each plan has monthly limits on AI resume rewrites, job matches and automated applications. Limits are enforced server-side and reset monthly. Attempting to circumvent them — through multiple accounts, scripted requests or API abuse — is a breach of these terms.

4. AI output disclaimer

Resume rewrites, job matches, match scores, salary figures and cover letters are generated by AI models and may contain inaccuracies. They are suggestions, not professional career, legal or financial advice. You are responsible for reviewing everything before it is sent to an employer. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers or any employment outcome.

5. Auto Apply

Auto Apply prepares and records applications on your behalf based on the preferences you set. You remain responsible for the accuracy of what is submitted under your name and should review applications where employer terms require a human submission.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of your resumes and any content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely to operate the service for you. You confirm you have the right to upload it and that it contains no unlawful material or third-party personal data you are not entitled to share.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to submit false employment information, harass employers, upload malware, reverse engineer the platform, probe or attack our infrastructure, or resell output as a competing automated service.

8. Availability

We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without warranties. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and rely on third parties (hosting, AI providers, Stripe) whose outages may affect the service.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost job opportunities or earnings.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service and request deletion at any time. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination your data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.
