Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy sits alongside our Terms of Service and explains exactly what you are charged, when, and how to stop it.

1. Plans and prices

• Free — $0. One AI resume improvement after email signup. No card required.
• Basic — $9 per month. Recurring.
• Pro — $29 per month. Recurring.
• Advanced — $49 per month. Recurring.

Prices are in US dollars and exclude any sales tax, VAT or GST, which is calculated and shown at checkout where applicable.

2. Automatic renewal (please read)

Paid plans are subscriptions that renew automatically every month on the same calendar day as your first payment, at the price shown at checkout, using the payment method on file, until you cancel. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. We email a receipt for every charge. If a price changes, we will give you at least 30 days' notice before it applies to your renewals.

3. How to cancel

Cancel any time from Dashboard → Billing → Manage subscription, which opens the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period — you keep access until then and are not charged again. You can also email cyberprosoftware@gmail.com and we will cancel for you; the date we receive your request is the date we act on.

4. Refunds

• 14-day goodwill refund. If you are unhappy with your first payment on a plan, email us within 14 days of that charge and we will refund it in full, provided you have not used more than a token amount of AI credits (roughly 10% of the plan's monthly allowance).
• Duplicate or accidental charges. Refunded in full, always.
• Service failure. If a fault on our side prevented you from using a paid feature for a meaningful part of a billing period, contact us for a pro-rata refund or credit.
• Mid-cycle cancellation. Partial months are not otherwise refunded; your plan simply runs to the end of the period you paid for.
• Not refundable. Consumed AI credits, and renewals you forgot to cancel beyond the periods above, except where the law requires otherwise.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

5. EU / UK right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EEA and UK have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract. By starting to use AI features immediately after purchase you ask us to begin supplying digital services during that period and acknowledge you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully supplied; where it has only partly been supplied you may be charged for the part used. Nothing here limits your statutory rights.

6. Failed payments and downgrades

If a payment fails, Stripe retries over a short period. If it still fails, your plan reverts to Free and paid features stop; your data is preserved. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal; upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated by Stripe.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before raising a chargeback — most issues are resolved the same day. Accounts with an open chargeback may be suspended until it is resolved.

8. Payment processing

All payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Your statement will show a descriptor for Agent Auto Hire.
