Agent Auto Hire is an AI-assisted product. This page explains, in plain terms, what the AI does, where it can be wrong, and what remains your responsibility.
1. Where AI is used

2. AI output is a suggestion, not advice
Output is generated by large language models and can be inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, or confidently wrong. Match scores and salary figures are estimates, not offers or guarantees. Nothing produced by the service is professional career, legal, immigration, tax or financial advice.
3. You must review before sending
You are the author of anything submitted under your name. Always read AI-generated resumes, cover letters and application answers before they reach an employer, and correct anything that misstates your experience, employment dates, qualifications, certifications or work authorisation. Submitting false employment information is a breach of our Acceptable Use Policy and may be unlawful.
4. Auto Apply and human review
Auto Apply prepares applications from the preferences you set and, where configured, asks you to review and approve before submission. Some employers and job boards prohibit automated submissions in their own terms; it is your responsibility to respect those terms.
5. No outcome guarantee
We do not guarantee interviews, offers, salary increases, ATS pass rates or any employment outcome. Hiring decisions are made by employers using criteria we neither see nor control.
6. Bias, fairness and human oversight
AI models can reflect biases present in their training data. We do not use AI to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you, and we do not profile you for advertising. If you believe output was biased or harmful, contact us and we will investigate.
7. Your data and AI providers
Resume text and profile details are sent to our AI provider solely to generate your results, are scoped to your account, and are not used to train third-party foundation models. See the Privacy Policy for detail.
