Privacy Policy

Agent Auto Hire ("we", "us") operates www.AgentAutoHire.com. This page explains what personal data we process, why, and the choices you have. It is maintained by Agent Auto Hire and is not an independent certification or legal advice.

1. Data we collect

• Account data — email address, and (if you use Google sign-in) the name and profile email returned by Google.
• Career profile — target job title, desired salary, location, remote preference and career goals that you enter yourself.
• Resume files and text — files you upload, plus AI-generated optimized text, ATS scores and analysis derived from them.
• Application records — jobs matched, application status, notes and generated cover letters.
• Billing data — subscription plan, status and billing period. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers.

2. How we use it

To provide the service you asked for: improving your resume, matching jobs, generating cover letters, tracking applications, enforcing plan limits, billing, and account security. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your resume content to train third-party foundation models.

3. AI processing

Resume text and profile details are sent to our AI provider through the Lovable AI Gateway solely to generate your results. Requests are scoped to your account: server-side checks verify that every resume, application and analysis belongs to the signed-in user before it is read or written. Prompts and outputs are never shared between accounts.

4. Storage and security

Data is stored in our managed Postgres database and private object storage. Row Level Security is enabled on every user table so a request can only reach rows owned by that user. Resume files live in a private bucket with per-user path policies and are served through short-lived signed URLs. All traffic is served over HTTPS. Secrets and service keys are held server-side only and are never exposed to the browser.

5. Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete individual resumes and applications at any time from your dashboard. To delete your entire account and associated data, email cyberprosoftware@gmail.com and we will action the request within 30 days.

6. Your rights (GDPR / UK GDPR)

If you are in the EEA or UK you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Our lawful bases are contract performance (delivering the service), legitimate interests (security and service improvement) and consent where required. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

7. Your rights (CCPA / CPRA)

California residents may request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected, request deletion or correction, and opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CPRA. Exercising these rights will never result in discriminatory treatment.

8. Subprocessors

• Lovable Cloud (application hosting, database, authentication, file storage)
• Lovable AI Gateway (AI resume analysis, job matching, cover letters)
• Stripe (payment processing and subscription billing)
• Google (optional sign-in, only if you choose it)

9. Cookies

We use only what the app needs to function: a session token kept in your browser so you stay signed in. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

10. Children

The service is not directed to anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
